Seoul Police: Deliveryman Was Serial Rapist
Police have arrested the man they say is reponsible for a series of rapes in Seoul, and how he used technology to keep at least some of his victims silent. I’ve heard of his method being used in Korea before, but I couldn’t find any links to articles so if anyone does know of one please mention it in the comments.
